Piaggio Museum is a strikingly beautiful and intristing place that tells a great story, the story of the Italian two-wheeler become more popular in the world. Opened on 29 March 2000, it occupies the three thousand square meters of the former assembly line, one of the oldest warehouses of the Pontedera factory.Inside you can see the results of the projects by Giovanni Casiraghi, Louis Pegna, Corradino D'Ascanio, as well as written documents and photographs.The Museum houses the collections Piaggio, Vespa and Gilera, unique, original, fascinating, sometimes curious, who have made the history of Italian and international transport: from the most beautiful or rare Vespa, that inspired the great artists, such as Salvador Dali, to those used to break records for speed and regularity of the fifties, the extraordinary train stainless steel, an expression of technology achieved by Piaggio in the thirties before the invention of the Vespa.In addition to the Vespa and Piaggio products, the Museum displays the most beautiful and prestigious motorcycles: the Gilera.
How to reach the museum: Museo Piaggio "Giovanni Alberto Agnelli" avenue Rinaldo Piaggio 7-56025 Pontedera (PI), near the station.By car: Take the A1 motorway and exit at Firenze - Scandicci. Then you follow the signs to Pisa - Livorno superstrada and continue till exit Pontedera.By train: from Florence's Santa Maria Novella station, take the train to Pisa and exit at Pontedera - Casciana (the trip takes about an hour).

Il Museo Piaggio è un luogo suggestivo ed interessante che racconta una grande storia, la storia del mezzo a due ruote italiano divenuto più famoso del mondo. Inaugurato il 29 marzo del 2000, occupa i tremila metri quadri dell'ex catena di montaggio, uno dei capannoni più antichi dello stabilimento di Pontedera.
All'interno sono visibili i risultati dei progetti di Giovanni Casiraghi, Luigi Pegna, Corradino D'Ascanio, oltre a documenti scritti e fotografie dell'epoca.
Il Museo ospita le collezioni Piaggio, Vespa e Gilera, pezzi unici, originali, affascinanti, a volte curiosi, che hanno fatto la storia dei trasporti italiana e mondiale: dalle Vespa più belle o rare che hanno ispirato i grandi artisti, come Salvador Dalì, a quelle usate per battere i record di velocità e regolarità degli anni cinquanta, allo straordinario treno in acciaio inossidabile, espressione della tecnologia raggiunta da Piaggio negli anni Trenta prima dell'invenzione della Vespa.
Oltre alla Vespa e agli altri prodotti Piaggio, al Museo sono esposte le più belle e prestigiose motociclette: la Gilera.
Come raggiungere il museo: Museo Piaggio "Giovanni Alberto Agnelli" viale Rinaldo Piaggio 7 - 56025 Pontedera (PI), vicino alla stazione.
In auto: prendere l'autostrada A1 ed uscire a Firenze - Scandicci. Dopo seguire le indicazioni per Pisa - Livorno, continuare in superstrada ed uscire a Pontedera.
In treno: da Firenze Santa Maria Novella prendere il treno per Pisa e scendere alla stazione Pontedera - Casciana Terme (il tragitto dura circa un'ora).

How to reach the Stazione Leopolda
EXIT FI-PI-LI PISA AIRPORT: follow direction center (via Airport) cross the railway bridge and then turn right after 100 meters. turn left into corradori then turn right on ...... for 400 meters, you will arrive in Piazza Guerrazzi so, take the roundabout and take the first exit on your left you will find the entrance to the Stazione Leopolda.

TRAIN: Bus Pisa Centro then proceed on foot.
La Fabbrica di Babbo Natale a Pisa dal 14 al 16 novembre 2014.
Un' esperienza unica per tutti: famiglie, coppie, bambini che potranno provare l'incredibile sensazione di entrare in una sfera con paesaggio natalizio.
Una mostra-mercato per accompagnare i più piccoli nel magico mondo del Natale, dove trovare idee regalo, laboratori, giochi, intrettenimento e banchetti natalizi.
Per i più piccoli saranno allestiti laboratori per poter realizzare i regali che Babbo Natale deve fare; si potrà scrivere ed imbucare la Letterina a Babbo Natale.
Babbo Natale riceverà i bambini direttamente in casa sua, per farsi immortalare in una magnifica scenografia che renderà il ricordo indelebile.
Palla di natale gigante dove si potrà anche entrare, nevicate, servizio di ristorazione.
La Fabbrica di Babbo Natale sarà allestita presso la Stazione Leopolda di Pisa dalle 10.00 alle 20.00
Come raggiungere la Stazione Leopolda:
USCITA FI-PI-LI PISA AEROPORTO: Seguite in direzione centro (via Aeroporto) oltrepassare ponte sulla ferrovia poi svoltare a destra dopo 100 mt. girare a sinistra in via corradori poi svoltare a destra in via......per 400 mt, arrivate così in piazza Guerrazzi, immettetevi nella rotatoria e prendete la prima uscita sulla vostra sinistra trovate l'ingresso alla stazione Leopolda.

Prehistoric Park is located in Peccioli, in the province of Pisa, is open all year, from 9.00 am until sunset. The park is a spectacular place in the countryside near Pontedera, suitable to excite children ages 5 years, evoking the distant and beloved world of Prehistory.Inside there are twenty-sized resin reproduction of the most important prehistoric animals: the mammoth, the Velociraptor, the Tirranosauro. It is also found on the Jurassic Brachiosaurus is the largest reconstruction currently existing in Europe. The Prehistoric Park has a large picnic area free for the campers. Facilities at the park there are games for children and picnic tables and you can stay in a camper or caravan in a large green with a Tuscan landscape.

Il parco Preistorico sitrova a Peccioli, in provincia di Pisa, è aperto tutti i giorni dell'anno, dalle ore 9.00 fino al tramonto.
Il parco è un luogo spettacolare, nellacampagna nei pressi di Pontedera, adatto per emozionare i bambini dai 5 anni, evocando il lontanissimo ed amatissimo mondo della Preistoria.
All'interno ci sono venti riproduzione in resina a grandezza naturale dei più importanti animali preisotrici: il Mammuth, il Velociraptor, il Tirranosauro. Si trova anche il Brachiosauro del Giurassico che è la più grande ricostruzione attualmente esistente in Europa.
Il Parco Preistorico ha un'ampia area attrezzata gratuita per la sosta dei camper.
Tra le strutture del parco ci sono dei giochi per bambini e dei tavoli da pic-nic ed è possibile sostare in camper o roulotte in un'ampia zona verde con panorama toscano.
All'interno sono visibili i risultati dei progetti di Giovanni Casiraghi, Luigi Pegna, Corradino D'Ascanio, oltre a documenti scritti e fotografie dell'epoca.
