Fried sage leaves - Salvia fritta
INGREDIENTS
8 big sage leaves
50 g flour
a glass of beer
salt
frying oil
PREPARATION
In a medium bowl, pour the flour and the beer, so that the batter is creamy without lumps.
Meanwhile, wash and dry the sage leaves.
After passing the leaves into the batter and fry in hot oil and enjoy !!

olio da friggere
PREPARAZIONE
Preparare una pastella con la farina e la birra, in modo che l'impasto risulti cremoso e senza grumi.
Nel frattempo lavare ed asciugare le foglie di salvia.
Dopo passare le foglie nella pastella e friggere in abbondante olio e gustare calde!!

Onion omelette - Frittata di cipolle
INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 2 medium onions rose
- salt
- olive oil
- pepper
PREPARATION
Cut the onions into thin slices and place in a pan with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook slowly until they are blondes. Meanwhile, in a bowl beat the eggs with a little 'salt and pour into the pan while stirring. When the omelette is browned on one side, turn it with the aid of a plate. Must not cook a lot.

PREPARAZIONE
Tagliare le cipolle a fettine sottili e mettetele in una padella con olio, sale e pepe. Fate cuocere lentamente, finchè non diventano bionde. Nel frattempo in una scodella sbattete le uova con un po' di sale e versatele nella padella mescolando. Quando la frittata è dorata da una parte, rivoltatela aiutandovi con un piatto. Non deve cuocere molto.
